Like we’ve done in the past, today we’ll read from two books that were written by God about Himself. The bible is the only book God wrote through men about himself in the language of men, but it’s not the only record of Him available to us. Nature is also God’s record of Himself, written personally by Him. If you’ve ever thought about it, you’ll know that nature never contradicts scripture and vice versa.

From nature we learnt that the “whole” is a complex intelligent arrangement of many identical smaller parts. A stone is a collection of grains of sand, an ocean is a collection of drops of water, every animal is composed of an intelligently arranged set of cells manipulated by a specific DNA coding. Now, what is true of the “whole” is also true of the “part”. The grain of sand also has smaller molecular compounds that make it up, the drops of water are made up of water molecules, etc.

Spiritually speaking, our ultimate end as believers is to step into the promised land of rest, heaven at the final appearance of Christ. But while on our way to that event, there are smaller “last days”, and “promised lands” and “comings of Christ” that we experience along the way. For example, when we feel sick in our body we must journey to the promise land of health, wait for the “last day” of that sickness for the appearance of Christ, which in this case is health, because Christ is the word of God made manifest. Do you understand that?

Now, scripture tells us that God has given to us everything that we will ever need to live and operate in His shoes here on earth, …His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, (II Peter 1:3 NKJV), we are also told that these provisions are not domiciled here on earth but in heaven, …God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, …has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, (Ephesians 1:3 NKJV)

Tomorrow we will see how to build a highway between heaven and earth and have these things rolling into your life like fruit in its season.
